Full Payment: Full payment is required upon enrollment for all classes, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered and agreed upon. Payment Plans: If a payment plan is offered, specific terms (installments, due dates) will be provided at the time of enrollment. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and live sessions. Refunds: General refund terms are outlined below in the cancellation sections. Any refunds processed will typically be returned via the original payment method within 7 business days. 3. Course Access & Materials Online English speaking classess: Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive instructions on how to access your online classroom, scheduled live sessions, and digital course materials. Access is typically granted for the duration of the course plus a reasonable post-course review period (e.g., 30 days). 4. Rescheduling & Cancellation The rescheduling and cancellation fees for the "X-Starter" and "X-Professional" packages are 10% of the total amount. There is no fee in the "X-Executive" package. 5. Code of Conduct All participants are expected to maintain a respectful and professional demeanor in all interactions, including live classes, forums, and direct communications. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the course without refund. 6.
