Project Description

The client approached us with a requirement for intern training, prompting thorough discussions to ascertain their precise needs. Subsequently, we collaborated with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather essential insights, shaping a tailored training solution that effectively addresses our client's objectives. Through the incorporation of xAPI statements, learner interactions within the training are meticulously recorded on the Learning Record System (LRS), facilitating comprehensive performance analysis throughout the training duration.

THE PROBLEM AND SOLUTION

The client faced challenges with interns lacking practical training due to the Covid-19 pandemic. While possessing theoretical knowledge, interns lacked hands-on experience necessary for their internships. Consequently, we developed a training module to provide a comprehensive learning experience for the interns.

​THE PROCESS AND ACTION PLAN ​

We meticulously devised an Action Plan utilizing Miro, segmented into step-by-step missions with interactive elements and dialogs to foster an engaging environment. To exemplify, "Mission 1" focused on anamnesis completion, essential for initial client consultations. Utilizing drag-and-drop activities, interns practice asking pertinent questions to discern the pets' issues, ensuring efficient information gathering crucial for case management.

VISUAL MOCKUPS

Leveraging Adobe Illustrator and Canva, we crafted vibrant illustrations enhancing both the clinic ambiance and e-learning environment. Adopting a dynamic and inviting color scheme throughout the project further enriches the learning experience for interns.
